1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of marvinkuijs.com and the services offered by Marvin Kuijs ("I", "me", or "my"), including the Music Growth Audit and any associated consulting services. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

The Music Growth Audit is a 60-minute one-on-one online consultation conducted via Zoom. During this session, I provide personalised feedback, strategic advice, and actionable recommendations based on the information you supply via the intake form.

The service is informational and advisory in nature. Results are not guaranteed and will depend on individual circumstances and your own implementation of the advice given.

3. Booking & Payment

• Sessions are booked and paid for in advance via this website.
• The session fee is €199 (excl. applicable VAT).
• Payment is processed securely through PayPal.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or a reschedule at no extra cost.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
• No-shows (failing to attend without prior notice) are non-refundable.
• To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at ar@marvinkuijs.com as soon as possible.

5. Intake Form

To make the most of your session, you are required to complete the intake form at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in a reduced or rescheduled session. The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and materials shared during sessions — is the intellectual property of Marvin Kuijs unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during a session is treated as strictly confidential. I will not disclose your personal or professional details to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The advice provided during a session is based on my professional experience and the information you supply. I am not liable for any decisions you make or outcomes that result from implementing advice given. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session in question.

9. VAT

Where applicable, VAT will be added to the session fee in accordance with EU regulations. The applicable VAT rate depends on your country of residence. Business clients with a valid EU VAT number may be eligible for VAT reverse charge.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
